• Prices are exclusive of postage fees, unless you opt for meet-ups at our convenience. (Pasir Ris)
• Normal Postage ranges from $1-$2 (depending on weight of item)
• Registered postage will be an additional $2.24 on top of Normal Postage.

• We highly recommend our customers to opt for Registered Postage as it is a much safer option.
We will not be responsible in any way if your item(s) go missing via normal mail.
• Registered Mail comes with a tracking number for you to track your packages whereas Normal Mail doesn't and
there is no way to track it down if you do not receive it.
• A Registered Article number will be given to you upon request. You can check the status of your article (here).
• Meet ups are done only at our convenience!

• Goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable.
• Clothes which have been worn/washed before cannot be exchanged.
• Strictly no trades or swaps.
• We try our very best to check the item for any defects before sending it out.
However when you've received your item,please double check it for flaws!
